Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is a leading Health Insurance Industry company, and they are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Korean and English. The role involves handling claims, benefits, and customer inquiries while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- This is a fully remote position and can sit anywhere nationwide
- If the candidate is not local to an office, this would be strictly contract
- The department is open from 8am – 8pm EST and the CSR’s need to be flexible to work a 7.5-hour shift during that time frame
- Final shift will be share after training
- CSRs handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc., and work with customers to solve problems
- We are looking specifically for an individual who would be bi-lingual and able to speak Korean
- Due to regional dialects within the language we are looking for individuals who are native speaking Korean and English as the 2nd language
Requirements:
- Fluent and conversational in both Korean and English
- HS Diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent Customer Focused competencies - seeking service-oriented individuals with strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication; use of proper grammar; professional language/word choice vs casual language/slang
- Ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
- ALL candidates must complete employment testing prior to submission
- Call center experience is preferred
- Healthcare industry experience
- Medical background helpful
