Business Intelligence Developer

Leap Metrics is a data management, healthcare analytics, and AI-driven care management software company headquartered in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. They are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to conduct in-depth analysis, design data models, and develop BI solutions that empower healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of BI requirements for our healthcare product
• Tackle complex business problems by converting raw data into meaningful and actionable business insights
• Design and implement data models to support business intelligence
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient BI solutions that enable customers and internal stakeholders to make informed decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, business analysts, data scientists, and engineers
• Work closely with the engineering team to integrate data from various sources and ensure data quality and consistency
• Apply advanced SQL skills to build data models that power BI Dashboards
• Utilize Sigma BI Tool to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide healthcare insights into population health and care management
• Ability to assist in analytics projects across departments as needed
