Founding Product Designer - Decentralized Identity

Hyphen Connect is an early-stage startup focused on building a decentralized identity (DeID) protocol. They are seeking a Founding Product Designer to lead design efforts and establish the brand's visual language, shaping user experience and overall design strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes, from concept to execution
• Establish and maintain a cohesive visual language for the brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Develop prototypes and design specifications for new features and enhancements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and Web3 technologies
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product design, preferably in startups or tech companies
• Exceptional skills in Figma for designing and prototyping
• A strong portfolio showcasing Web3 projects and design work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
• Passion for decentralized technologies and innovative design solutions
