Senior DevOps Engineer (SRE)

MightyBot is a rapidly growing startup focused on transforming AI from demos to essential products. The Senior DevOps Engineer will build and maintain the infrastructure necessary for a reliable platform, driving best practices in site reliability and automating deployment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Build and Own Our Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain our core cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to ensure it is scalable, secure, and resilient
• Champion Site Reliability: Drive SRE best practices across the engineering team. Define SLOs/SLIs, establish error budgets, and promote a culture of reliability
• Automate Everything: Develop and manage our CI/CD pipelines to automate the building, testing, and deployment of our applications, enabling rapid and safe releases
• Implement Observability: Build and manage a comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting stack to provide deep insights into system health

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker
• Strong proficiency with Terraform or Ansible
• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
• A strong sense of ownership and urgency
