Responsibilities:
- Participate in discovery calls to analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI agents to optimize business processes
- Evaluate resource requirements and recommend appropriate AI tools and solutions
- Conduct gap analyses to compare current state processes with future state objectives
- Provide detailed documentation and insights to support the development of a structured AI playbook
- Work within Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery
- Review and analyze call center customer service operations for potential AI integration
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Present findings and recommendations to support decision-making for AI-driven strategies
- Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout all stages of analysis
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with AI-related projects
- Strong understanding of call center operations and customer service workflows
- Proficiency in conducting document reviews and preparing detailed reports
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management practices
- Expertise in performing gap analyses to identify areas for improvement
