STAN AI is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers, and they are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive growth by managing the full sales cycle. The role involves prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, building relationships, and collaborating with teams to secure partnerships and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Ownership: Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the HOA and Property Management space
- Expert Demos: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations that highlight the ROI and efficiency gains of STAN AI
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts; attend trade shows and industry events to represent the STAN brand
- Negotiation & Closing: Navigate pricing discussions and contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team on lead gen strategies and coordinate with the Customer Success team for seamless client hand-offs
- Pipeline Generation: Outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to keep your funnel healthy
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of our AI solutions
