Responsibilities:
- Applied Agent Development: Build and deploy applied AI agents specifically tailored for complex workflows in software engineering, data science, and scientific discovery
- Build Agent Environments: Architect fast, secure, and performant environments for AI code execution using tools like Kubernetes, gVisor, and Modal
- Evaluation & Benchmarking: Design and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks to hillclimb agent performance, reliability, and reasoning capabilities
- Inference & Optimization: Optimize LLM inference pipelines and manage fine-tuning workflows to ensure models are scalable and low-latency in production
