Brain Co. is building infrastructure that turns advanced AI research into real-world impact. They are seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to own hiring across business roles and partner with functional leaders to define hiring priorities and close high impact talent in competitive markets.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruiting for GTM/ G&A roles from intake through close
• Partnering with functional leaders/hiring managers to define success profiles and hiring plans
• Driving search strategy for specialized roles across the business
• Managing candidate experience with a high bar for clarity, speed, and conviction
• Running offer strategy and closing in partnership with hiring managers
• Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent tradeoffs, timing, and market realities
