In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders, shaping hiring strategies that directly support Mölnlycke’s growth and mission.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role:
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for key positions across the Americas.
Act as a consultative advisor, bringing strong market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines through strong direct sourcing and research capabilities.
Partner with business leaders and People Partners to drive workforce planning and talent strategy.
Analyze recruitment data to inform stakeholders and improve decision making.
Collaborate in local employer branding activities to strengthen Mölnlycke’s image and talent attraction in the region.
Ensure high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout all recruitment touchpoints.

What You Bring
Must‑haves
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in an international environment
Experience recruiting within the medical devices industry (or healthcare/life sciences)
Strong expertise in the U.S. talent market (LATAM exposure is a plus)
Proven consultative approach with the ability to influence senior leaders
Exceptional direct sourcing and research capabilities
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese are a plus
Nice‑to‑haves
Experience using SAP SuccessFactors
Experience supporting multiple countries
Exposure to employer branding, talent attraction initiatives, or recruitment marketing
Additional experience in the LATAM recruitment landscape
