The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Supervisor manages the operations and administration of the Graduate Medical Education department, including but not limited to observers, medical students, and rotating residents and fellows. GME Supervisor continually assesses and directs a wide range of programmatic issues, including long-range planning, developing projects, analyzing workflows, maintaining departmental databases, communicating with students, residents, fellows, program coordinators, and physicians, and managing internal and external relations. This position works with a high level of autonomy requires a high degree of initiative and independent judgment, and must exercise discretion with high volumes and complex, confidential information.
