This role supports marketing efforts by combining administrative responsibilities with creative tasks aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads. This individual serves as the “boots on the ground,” promoting the brand through local, in‑person community engagement while sourcing and connecting with potential clients. Responsibilities may include posting flyers, making phone calls, and attending networking events as needed. Join our team as a Seasonal Client Support Associate and be the friendly face for all those who visit our offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times.
