Job Description

Join the OBM as a Human Resources Analyst and become a key player in shaping the employee experience for both OBM and Central Service Agency (CSA) board and commissions. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with appointed and elected board members to swiftly process appointments and reappointments, ensuring a smooth, well‑coordinated onboarding experience.
- Support a wide range of HR programs—including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, FMLA, ADA, employee wellness—to help employees thrive.
- Prepare and process personnel actions, position descriptions, and HR records.
- Coordinate interviews, assist with applicant screening, research recruitment methods, and help advertise job vacancies.
- Assist with payroll processing, step advancements, HR reporting, and new‑employee orientation presentations.
- Represent the agency at HR and training meetings, participate on committees, support hearings as needed, and contribute to special projects that drive HR strategy.

Qualifications
2 years experience in human resources.
Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration.
Or 1 year experience as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611.
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
