Position Snapshot
The Community Liaison plays a critical role in expanding hospice access by building trusted relationships across the healthcare community. Reporting to the Administrator, this role supports census growth through ethical, compliant marketing practices while strengthening awareness of hospice services throughout the service area.
As a key member of the business development team, you will connect providers, facilities, patients, and families with compassionate end-of-life care; serving as both a relationship-builder and a strategic partner in the organization’s growth.

You are a relationship-driven healthcare professional who understands that trust, credibility, and integrity are the foundation of sustainable growth. You are comfortable working independently in the field, confident engaging with clinicians and administrators, and skilled at navigating regulated healthcare environments.
Throughout your career, you’ve built strong referral networks by listening first, responding quickly, and following through. You know how to represent hospice services with professionalism and empathy, and you take pride in doing the right thing; even when no one is watching. You are organized, self-motivated, and energized by being out in the community making meaningful connections.
