Become the design anchor for Nesto Cloud, where you’ll lead the execution of entirely new feature epics and ecosystem-wide modernization. As a UI/UX Specialist, you will move beyond individual applications to govern the end-to-end SDLC, ensuring every user flow is rooted in psychological insight and interface harmony. You’ll partner with senior leadership to turn business reality into intuitive design, making a measurable impact on how thousands of users interact with our B2B platforms.

What you’ll be doing

• Ecosystem Architecture: Design and maintain a comprehensive Component Library and design system to ensure a cohesive experience across all B2B applications.
• End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design of entirely new features and epics, from initial ideation and user flows to high-fidelity mockups.
• Strategic Ideation: Partner with senior leadership to provide recommendations on feature development and product roadmap.
• Experience Optimization: Audit and update legacy interfaces to create a world-class, modern user experience that meets the high standards of the finance and real estate tech sectors.

Who we are looking for

• Four (4) years of experience in UI/UX in a B2B SaaS environment, with deep domain knowledge in Finance or Real Estate will be considered an asset.
• You have a deep interest in user behavior. You can explain the why behind a user flow and use data to back up your design rationale to senior leadership.
• You enjoy the challenge of Ecosystem Alignment, ensuring that new epics and features feel like a natural extension of our core design DNA
• You are a power user of Figma (or AI equivalents) to create low to high fidelity mockups.
• You can lead the transition from design to development across the end-to-end SDLC, maintaining strict governance and product harmony.
