The Role
The role is responsible for performing quality control activities to ensure that incoming materials, purified water, in-process materials, and finished products comply with approved specifications, pharmaceutical GMP, and food safety requirements.
To support Validation activities during the IFS cloud migration project.
Your Responsibilities
Sampling Admin
- Assist in the administration of sample processing.
- Input data for external laboratories.
- Reporting of external laboratory test results.
- Data trending and analysis.
Documents for Export- Ensure export paperwork is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure Certificate of Conformances (CoCs) accurately reflect approved specifications for export.
Certificates of Analysis (CoA)- Prepare Certificates of Analysis for finished products.
- Ensure CoAs accurately reflect approved specifications and test results.
- Release CoAs in accordance with GMP and food safety procedures.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement- Support internal audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QC processes, procedures, and food safety controls.
Validation support - To support validation activities during IFS Cloud migration project; including but not limited to validation documentation, Performance Qualifications, and other validation tasks.
Continual support of Quality control processes including but not limited to:- Quality checks on raw materials, packaging components, and consumables.
- Verification of incoming materials against approved specifications, supplier documentation.
- Ensure correct labelling, traceability, and storage of materials in accordance with GMP and food safety requirements.
- To participate in the continuous improvement of the ADM Protexin site from a Quality standpoint.

Your Profile
- A ‘level or equivalent in a science subject.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality assurance or quality control in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of food safety standards, and quality systems.
- Previous experience in Quality Control and Performance Qualification is desirable.
