Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant _ Infor WMS Specialist
Experienced Infor WMS Specialist with extensive experience in implementation, configuration, integration, and support of Infor Warehouse Management Systems across multi-site environments. Strong background in optimizing warehouse operations—including receiving, put away, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping—through scalable system design and process improvements. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading solution workshops, and delivering stable, high‑performance WMS environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Infor WMS including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Perform fit-gap analysis, create design documents, and configure warehouse rules, RF workflows, wave planning, inventory strategies, and shipping processes.
Integrate Infor WMS with ERP systems and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide L2/L3 production support.
Analyze warehouse operations and drive process optimization to improve throughput, accuracy, and labor efficiency.
Manage data migration, interface monitoring, and master data governance.
Partner with operations, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and system performance.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Infor WMS/SCE: receiving, putaway, inventory control, replenishment, wave planning, RF workflows, picking, packing, and shipping.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
Experience integrating Infor WMS with ERP systems and external applications via APIs
Ability to lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT), execute cutover, and support post‑go‑live stabilization.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Infor WMS or Infor Supply Chain certifications.
Experience leading global rollouts, multi-site implementations, or complex warehouse programs.
Project leadership experience in Agile or Waterfall environments.
Knowledge of Lean/ Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders for ERP projects
Good Knowledge on Oracle EBS Modules - Finance / SCM .
Good knowledge on Financials and Procurement
