1. Training and Bootcamp Management: 80%
Learn and Deliver Trainings:
- Learn and acquire in-depth knowledge of P&C insurance and Employee Benefits. Complete qualification assessments to be a qualified trainer.
- Handle batches of trainees to conduct P&C insurance and Employee Benefits bootcamps.
- Identify and enhance engaging training materials, including presentations and learning modules.
- Conduct interactive sessions to enhance understanding of insurance concepts.
Evaluate and Improve:
- Assess training needs and customize feedback/sessions to address knowledge gaps.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on training outcomes and participant progress.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.
2. Stakeholder Management: 20%
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders across departments, to ensure successful communication and alignment with business objectives.
- Address and resolve any clarifications raised by service delivery related to the projects under purview.
