About this role
Madison-Davis, LLC is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to architect automation workflows and integrate multiple SaaS platforms. The role involves designing resilient authentication patterns, establishing CI/CD standards, and mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Architect automation workflows that resolve IT support requests without human intervention
- Integrate multiple SaaS platforms through APIs and event-driven orchestration
- Design resilient authentication and authorization patterns
- Build lightweight custom services when native tools are insufficient
- Establish CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability standards
- Define SLIs, SLOs, and operational benchmarks
- Mentor junior engineers and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7+ years in SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation
- Deep hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via REST APIs
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, token lifecycle management
- Experience building microservices or serverless applications in Go or Python
- Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
- Observability and reliability best practices
- AI-driven automation or LLM integration experience
- ITSM or ITIL familiarity
- Experience automating identity or access workflows
- Background in internal platform engineering
