Responsibilities:
- Review and organize engineering project files for accuracy and completeness
- Proofread technical documents, reports, and specifications
- Ensure documents meet formatting and submission standards
- Maintain and update project documentation and records
- Support engineers by preparing and editing project materials
- Track document revisions and maintain version control
- Assist with general administrative support related to engineering projects
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Ability to review and interpret technical specifications and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
