Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company focused on accelerating energy and intelligence. They are seeking a Senior Recruiter for Customer Experience to manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles and partner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, like CSM and Customer Experience including senior, principal and director-level roles
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, leveling, market dynamics, and hiring tradeoffs
- Partner with Customer Success, Cloud Engineering, and Sales Engineering stakeholders to deeply understand business priorities and hiring needs
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates for current and future needs
- Manage candidate pipelines with precision, ensuring strong momentum, clear communication, and an exceptional candidate experience
- Lead offer strategy discussions, including compensation, equity, leveling, and closing, in partnership with leadership and compensation teams
- Maintain impeccable data hygiene in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate tracking, dispositioning, and reporting
- Build and nurture long-term talent networks for GTM talent to support ongoing and future hiring needs
