About this role

They are now looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage Azure-based infrastructure while driving automation and CI/CD best practices across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure-based infrastructure
- Build and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments
- Drive automation and CI/CD best practices across multiple teams
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (mandatory requirement)
- Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure smooth operations and reliable deployments
- Mentor and guide other DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure-based infrastructure
- Build and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments
- Drive automation and CI/CD best practices across multiple teams
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (mandatory requirement)
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure (mandatory)
- Expertise with Kubernetes (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably in a leadership role
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
