The Renewal Agent role involves ongoing management of clients, aiming to retain both new and renewal clients by maintaining high service standards and supporting business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Field inbound sales leads and walk-in traffic
- Follow up with existing clients
- Underwrite products and provide renewals based on customer needs
- Process inbound payments received over the phone, mail, online, or fax
- Work with the carrier to satisfy customer requirements
- Assist clients in updating their accounts and policy-related items
- Review and develop internal processes
- Additional duties as the departments needs change
