Cyber Security Analyst (M&A)

Pacer Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Security professional to lead Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures (MADJV) security integration. The role involves defining control baselines, developing playbooks, and aligning security controls with NIST frameworks and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Define control baselines for acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture scenarios
• Develop playbooks, implementation standards, and executive-level documentation
• Align MADJV security controls with NIST frameworks and industry best practices
• Translate complex technical controls into business-ready guidance and training

Requirements:

• Experienced IT Security professional
• Ability to lead Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures (MADJV) security integration
