Mainframe DevOps Engineer – z/OS / Endevor / DBB Migration

Pearlsoft Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Change Manager (SCM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support application migration projects. The SME will guide clients through the Endevor DBB/GIT/IDD conversion process, providing technical expertise and hands-on migration support.

Responsibilities:

• Support application migration projects utilizing IBM’s DBB/Git/IDD Solutions
• Guiding clients through the Endevor (and other SCMs) DBB/GIT/IDD conversion process
• Providing technical expertise
• Hands-on migration support
• Training delivery

Requirements:

• Strong experience in IBM z/OS and Endevor (SCM)
• Hands-on experience with DBB / Git / IDD migrations
• Groovy scripting & YAML knowledge
• Git repositories, branching & pipeline debugging
• Installation & migration experience on mainframe
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Customer-facing experience & training delivery
• 8 + years as a Systems Programmer
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
