Hexure Migration Business Analyst/Project Manager

Charter Global is seeking a Hexure Migration Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead business analysis activities for the AN4 to Hexure migration. The role involves supporting platform design, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and managing project plans to ensure successful migration execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities for the AN4 → Hexure migration, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap identification for the future-state platform
• Support platform design and deployment, ensuring target-state capabilities are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with business expectations
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies to drive successful end‑to‑end migration execution
• Document target-state workflows, gaps, and functional specifications, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and readiness for development and testing

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Hexure (formerly FireLight) and hands-on involvement in platform migrations, implementations, or enhancements
• Strong Business Analysis background, including requirements elicitation, process documentation, and solution design
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
• Understanding of insurance, annuities, or financial services workflows, especially those relevant to new business or digital application platforms
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and produce clear, structured project artifacts
