Maven Clinic is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families on a mission to make healthcare work for all of us. The Product Manager - Eligibility & Enrollments will own and evolve the member eligibility and enrollment processes, ensuring effective engagement and integration of sensitive data while collaborating with various teams to drive impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the eligibility and enrollment product area: ingestion, validation, enrollment lifecycle, payer data integrations, and cross-platform eligibility signals
- Build and improve the tools, campaigns, and workflows that drive member activation and engagement — not just data plumbing, but the experiences that turn eligibility into impact
- Partner with engineering, operations, payer partnerships, and marketing to deliver compliant, resilient, and extensible solutions
- Translate complex eligibility rules and payer requirements into intuitive, reliable member-facing experiences
- Drive AI integration into eligibility and engagement workflows — automating validation, improving accuracy, and enabling intelligent outreach
- Use data and insights — product analytics, operational signals, business needs — to inform prioritization and measure impact
- Ensure sensitive member data is handled with the highest standards of privacy, security, and compliance throughout every integration and workflow
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, with hands-on ownership of technical products involving data integrations, eligibility, or health data — healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Direct experience with eligibility data feeds, file formats, enrollment workflows, or payer/employer data exchanges
- Comfort working with technical integration challenges — APIs, data pipelines, file ingestion, cross-system reconciliation — and communicating clearly with engineering and operations partners
- Experience building or improving engagement tools, campaigns, or outreach workflows that drive user activation — not just backend systems
- Attentive to data sensitivity and privacy — you understand the stakes of handling member health and eligibility data and build accordingly
- Excited about AI as both a product capability and a development accelerator — you use AI tools in your own work and think about how AI changes the products you build
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-moving environments where you need to balance technical precision with speed
