Postdoctoral Research Associate (Proteomics and Multiomics in Neurodegeneration) - Psychiatry

Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to join the Cruchaga lab focused on neurodegeneration research. The role involves studying Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases through high-throughput multi-omic data analysis to identify biomarkers and therapeutic targets.

Responsibilities:

• Plasma, CSF and Brain Proteomic analysis
• Biomarker identification through the use of machine learning and AI approaches
• Integration of proteomics with genetic data via MR, coloc and FUSION to identify causal and druggable targets
