Sr. Platform Security Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Platform Security Engineer for a world-leading technology organization. The role involves building and implementing security solutions with a strong focus on automation using Python, Terraform, and Ansible.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security solutions to protect platform infrastructure
• Automate security processes and workflows using Python, Terraform, and Ansible
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into the platform
• Create and maintain documentation for security configurations and procedures

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in platform security engineering
• Strong proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages, particularly Python, Terraform, and Ansible
• Experience with security monitoring and incident response
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
