Peak Performers is seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Project Management Analyst to join their team in a fully remote, part-time capacity. The role focuses on supporting key initiatives related to contract updates and compliance tracking within managed care programs, requiring strong project coordination, research, and technical documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide project management and administrative support for healthcare oversight initiatives related to managed care programs
- Conduct research, data analysis, and compliance reviews to support Medicaid and managed care operations
- Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documentation, reports, and policy memoranda for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Support system integration efforts by coordinating activities between Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and internal IT teams
- Monitor and track program performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Assist with contract updates and compliance tracking to ensure adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized project documentation using Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
Requirements:
- Strong writing, research, and technical documentation skills, particularly in compliance or regulatory environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a structured and organized manner
- Experience in project management, program coordination, or healthcare program administration
- Working knowledge of healthcare terminology, Medicaid programs, and managed care environments
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience supporting system integration, technology implementations, or data migration projects is highly preferred
