Cella is a company focused on innovative design solutions. They are seeking a Product Designer to support discovery-led exploration for mobile experiences aimed at Millennial and Gen Z investors, emphasizing conceptual design over production-ready outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Help the team and senior leaders align around a compelling future vision for differentiated mobile experiences by:
- Exploring unmet and emerging needs of Millennial and Gen Z investors
- Generating novel, forward-looking experience concepts
- Translating ideas into high-impact prototypes and narratives that influence strategy and roadmap decisions
- Lead and co-lead discovery-oriented design exploration within ambiguous problem spaces
- Generate and iterate on early-stage experience concepts (net-new ideas, not incremental improvements)
- Partner closely with a dedicated UX researcher, consuming research insights and contributing to collaborative discovery
- Rapidly prototype concepts (often high-fidelity) to communicate and sell ideas, not to hand off to engineering
- Create clear, compelling narratives and decks for periodic senior-leader readouts
