Business Analyst

CIEE Inc is a non-profit organization focused on study abroad and intercultural exchange. They are seeking a Business Analyst to act as a critical link between engineering teams and business units, supporting the design, development, documentation, training, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Be an active member of an agile team(s) and follow the Scrum framework
• Work side by side with engineering as well as multiple business units
• Assist in translating roadmap features to epics and stories
• Assist in developing and documenting business requirements
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to showcase outcomes
• Work closely with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization
• Test and document systems, software, and services
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance with our systems, software, services, and ways of working

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or an Equivalent degree
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills – including the ability to summarize and present complex information to all levels of the business
• A driving curiosity to understand why and how things work (or don't)
• An analytical mind set and strong problem-solving skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Experience and competence in the analysis and comprehension of data
• 2 years of experience working with Salesforce
• Readiness to grow and develop yourself, our client group, and our Company

• International Education/Exchange experience preferred
