4over is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple initiatives and teams to help drive strategic projects related to Technology and eCommerce systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules and set milestones while working closely with involved departments and ensuring all deliverables are accounted for and completed on time
- Communicate effectively with various departments and staff at all levels to keep the company apprised of project status, ensuring cohesiveness, clarity and efficiency
- Proactively identify and address project interdependencies, resource management, risks and issues; resolve conflicts and plan optimal delivery sequences for projects
- Ability to build and maintain higher-level program plans that roll up other detailed projects plans
- Apply agile project management techniques, methods, and tools to ensure project success
- Manage multiple, often large, projects of different priorities that may have multiple business dependencies
- Manage project schedule, budget, scope, resources, and deadlines often with business prioritization changes
- Coach, motivate, lead, and supervise project team members while acting as a central point of communication for the team and stakeholders
- Manage the prioritization and work assignments for associated team members
- Facilitate project meetings and manage project expectations, which may include developing project option summaries, decision documents, and recommendations to key stakeholders and decision makers
- Identify opportunities for and contribute to project management process improvements
- Break projects into doable actions and coordinate with the team regularly for status updates
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent project management software
- Strong MS Office skills including MS Project, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience leading projects with remote teams across various time zones
- Experience with Jira and/or Confluence

Capable of clearly reporting project status, challenges, and complex issues to senior leadership. Demonstrates active listening and strong communication in virtual environments through email, messaging platforms, and meetings. Ability to read and interpret corporate policies, job-related documentation, and instructions in English to ensure effective and compliant performance
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, Microsoft Office, Sprout Social, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and other digital collaboration and project management tools
- Project & Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in environments with frequent change and short lead times while consistently delivering projects on schedule
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Demonstrates agility in adapting to rapidly changing priorities, tools, and processes. Comfortable navigating evolving team needs and new technologies while maintaining productivity in remote or hybrid environments
- Analytical & Execution Mindset: Analytical thinker who can evaluate data, identify insights, and translate analysis into practical execution. Willing to take ownership of detailed implementation and ensure successful delivery of initiatives
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong collaborator who builds effective relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Works well within distributed teams using both synchronous (meetings, calls) and asynchronous (shared documents, messaging) communication to maintain alignment and productivity
- Professionalism & Composure: Demonstrates high levels of professionalism, sound judgment, and poise. Maintains composure and effectiveness when navigating high-pressure situations, tight deadlines, or complex challenges
- Experience in e-commerce, management consulting, or related field a plus
