They are looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Manager & Customer Support Representative to ensure solar projects move smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for customers and the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Review, process, submit, and track new residential solar projects
- Coordinate with the ZUNA SOLAR sales team and installation partners to ensure seamless project progression
- Monitor projects throughout the full lifecycle—from sale to installation to activation
- Communicate updates and project milestones to both customers and internal teams
- Manage escalated customer situations and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Field customer inquiries regarding system design, installation timelines, activation, and post-installation support
- Work cross-functionally with operations teams to resolve issues that arise before, during, or after installation
- Ensure homeowners and sales representatives receive a smooth and positive experience throughout the solar process
Requirements:
- Previous solar industry experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling escalated customer situations
- Proficient with computers and common business software platforms
