Robert Half is partnering with a global leader in digital commerce and technology to identify a Production Designer for high-volume web and digital content initiatives. The role involves producing high-quality digital assets while adhering to brand guidelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality, web-ready graphic assets optimized for digital platforms
- Prepare and optimize images for efficient download performance and development specifications
- Create and maintain clean, scalable graphic templates and style guides that support consistent design implementation
- Execute Photoshop or Figma image production tasks including retouching, masking, colorizing, and outlining
- Export and prepare image assets according to development specifications
- Create sprite sheets, size chart graphics, and other production-based visual assets
- Apply UX patterns and existing design system guidelines when updating or enhancing existing screens
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure assets meet quality and technical standards
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables to ensure accuracy and visual consistency
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in a web production or digital design environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web or digital design work
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for web production collaboration
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image production and optimization
- Experience preparing digital assets including masking, colorizing, outlining, and exporting to development specifications
- Familiarity with Figma for image production and design collaboration
- Strong understanding of digital image optimization and asset management
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain quality in high-volume production environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with ImageMagick or willingness to learn
- Retail or e-commerce web experience
