Sikich is a highly regarded provider of professional services, and they are seeking a Sales Manager for their Enterprise Cloud Sales team. This role is responsible for leading a sales team, achieving revenue targets, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and manage the execution of Sikich's sales strategy in alignment with company goals
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Translate company strategy into clear sales priorities and measurable outcomes
- Raise the bar on individual and team standards, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement
- Achieve financial targets (revenue and GP) for the Sales team as a whole
- Get all team members performing to plan
- Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing feedback
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding results, fostering a winning mindset and healthy competition
- Identify and nurture talent within the team, implementing training and development programs to build sales capabilities
- Foster an environment to sell multiple Service Lines
- Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Own revenue targets, go-to-market approach, and sales capacity planning
- Own sales team revenue forecasting and predictability
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Establish sales metrics, dashboards, and operating rhythms
- Drive continuous improvement in pipeline quality and conversion rates
- Drive the effective use of CRM tools to track opportunities, maintain client relationships, and ensure team accountability
- Lead consultative selling efforts, ensuring the team effectively positions and sells professional services, products, and managed services to clients
- Recruit and retain top talent
- Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders
- Ensure consistent leadership standards across the sales organization
- Partner with HR on succession planning, compensation strategy, and performance management
- Guide expansion of strategic offerings, services, and recurring revenue
- Influence product, service, and pricing strategy based on market feedback
- Sponsor major go-to-market initiatives and strategic customer relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative go-to-market strategies for the business
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align solutions with client needs and drive engagement campaigns
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with service providers, technology businesses and other key partners to align on joint go-to-market strategies
- Partner with executive leadership to align sales objectives with overall company goals and strategies
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings based on market trends and client feedback
- Champion a culture of accountability, integrity, and collaboration
- Structure and develop the sales team to ensure optimal coverage and performance
- Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations clearly for all team members

Requirements:
- 8 - 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Proven success leading sales organizations through growth and change
- Strong background in technology services, consulting, or complex solution selling
- Executive presence with the ability to influence across the organization
- Experience working with external business relationships to influence lead generation and business development efforts
