Principal Software Engineer - Infrastructure

Curative AI, Inc. is an innovative early-stage startup revolutionizing the healthcare industry through AI-powered SaaS solutions. The Principal Infrastructure Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-native infrastructure, driving reliability and performance across distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or Azure
• Design and implement containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
• Build and manage infrastructure-as-code pipelines using Terraform or ARM templates
• Implement structured logging, metrics, and alerting for observability and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams to align infrastructure with product needs
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, and resilience
• Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews for infrastructure-related issues
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory standards
• Drive automation across the infrastructure stack to eliminate toil and accelerate deployments
• Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable, secure code delivery
• Contribute to cloud cost forecasting and optimization strategies
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to our platform
