What You'll Do:

• Administer medications and limited topical treatments to residents under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director
• Provide quality bedside care to residents
• Assist residents with daily living activities according to their individual care plans
• Support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Follow community programs, policies, and core values
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirement

What You'll Need: 

• Iowa Medication Manager Certification, or Iowa Certified Medication Aide, required
• 1 year of experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate for the Medication Manager certification
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
