The Manager of US Consumer Co-Brand is a high visibility, high exposure role that supports one of the most valued parts of American Express. The Co-Brand organization within US Consumer Finance is a key part of the US Consumer business, owning the end-to-end management of the Co-Brand portfolio and assessing future opportunities for growth. The Manager will be responsible for supporting the Hilton Co-Brand portfolio. They will evaluate product refresh scenarios, investments, and profitability impacts while providing thought leadership to drive actionable recommendations to influence business strategy and to support senior leadership on key strategic initiatives and partner meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a hunger for learning, provide meaningful financial analysis, and present results to business partners in simple and concise terms. As such, excellent communication skills and a proactive working style are required.

How will you make an impact in this role?

• Partner across Finance and Hilton Co-Brand business partners to evaluate contract renewals, product and marketing investments, and drive recommendations to increase profitability and card member engagement.
• Ensure ongoing focus on financial performance for Co-Brand partners and a constant review, evaluation and course correction, as needed, of product refreshes, impacts to product-level ROIs, and strategic initiatives
• Support Senior Leadership on key strategic initiatives related to the Hilton Co-Brand portfolio.
• Partner with the appropriate Controllership and Business teams to ensure that partner contracts / payments are executed efficiently and accurately.
• Perform analyses on the competitive landscape of Co-Brand partnerships. 
  
  Minimum Qualifications:
   
• Detail oriented individual who can quickly comprehend, manipulate, and prepare complex spreadsheets and analyses; demonstrated ability to develop sophisticated financial models.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively synthesize complex concepts into a message that can be communicated to senior leaders.
• Proactive can-do attitude: a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and with a commitment to driving results.
• Proficiency in using Lumi to drive detailed P&L insights, uncover portfolio trends and messages, and inform key assumptions in business cases.
• Solid business acumen and strong project management skills, balancing long term/short term impacts, multiple priorities, and customers.
• A minimum of 4+ years of relevant finance experience, including demonstrated problem solving/analytical skills and prior experience in a fast paced, results-driven, organization.

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
