What Makes You A Great Fit

• DVM or VMD licensed and in good standing in Colorado.
• Have at least 1 to 2 years of small animal experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
• Excited to perform preventative surgeries such as dentals, spays, and neuters
• Enjoy collaborative medicine and want to keep learning and growing throughout your career.

• $160,000 to $200,000 total annual compensation with a competitive ProSal model. 
• Work 3 to 4 days per week with rotating weekends shared across the team, giving you more consistent time off. 
• Flexible scheduling includes no overnights and choosing between 10 or 12 hour shifts to create the schedule that works best for you with the ability to swap shifts across your network.
• No negative accrual so your base salary stays your base.
