The core responsibilities of this role include operating an Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Dock Stocker, all of which are required skills. The position also requires a minimum of one year of experience in cycle counting, identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies, and monitoring inventory levels. Additional duties include assisting with damage reporting and cleanup, as well as verifying overages and shortages on inbound shipments. Strong math skills and excellent attention to detail are essential. A leadership mindset is also required for success in this role.Position: Inventory Control Specialist
Shift: First Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay: $21.00 per hour
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker is required, Minimum of 1 year experience in cycle counting, reporting inventory discrepancies, and monitoring inventory levels, assist with reporting/cleanup of damages and verifying over/short inbounds, report directly to Inventory Manager, assist with the Shift Supervisors with monitoring production, training to the associates and giving constructive feedback and to ensure highest customer standards are met. Must be able to manage timelines and productivity expectations, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform additional duties as assigned.

Role Purpose:
What will you do in this role? The Inventory Control Specialist is tasked with ensuring the accuracy of all inventory records. This role involves managing all associated documentation and adhering to the relevant procedures to achieve this objective. The specialist addresses defective or damaged products and takes the necessary corrective measures. Additionally, they oversee and reconcile all cycle counts.
