We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and responsiveness. You will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding client goals to provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the main liaison between clients and the company.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet those goals.
- Monitor account performance and client satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present account status updates, reports, and proposals to clients.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM software and client management tools is a plus.
