Position Overview The M&A | Pricing Intern will play a key role in supporting OMG Inc.'s strategic growth initiatives by focusing on rebuilding and enhancing the company's book of opportunities for mergers and acquisitions. This internship offers hands-on experience in identifying, researching, and evaluating potential acquisition targets within the commercial roofing and construction industries. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence, analyze financial and strategic fit, and help develop recommendations that align with OMG Inc.’s long-term business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in corporate strategy, finance, and business development to gain practical exposure to the M&A process in a dynamic, global manufacturing environment.
QualificationsPosition Responsibilities

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition targets within the commercial roofing and construction sectors.
• Analyze financial statements and business performance data to assess the strategic fit of acquisition candidates.
• Support the development and maintenance of the company’s pipeline of M&A opportunities and update internal tracking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights relevant to potential deals, including legal, finance, and operations.
• Prepare presentations and summary reports for leadership to communicate findings and recommendations on potential M&A opportunities.
• Assist with due diligence activities, including gathering documentation and supporting the review process for potential acquisitions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic M&A decisions.
• Support ad hoc projects and tasks related to pricing analysis as assigned by the M&A and Finance teams.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, focus and influence.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects and tools, reach with hands and arms, regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to work in high noise areas and wear appropriate hearing protection devices.
• Manual material handling involving the need to grip, squeeze, and pinch.
• Ability to use hard tined rake to move/break apart parts frequently.
• The position requires the ability to regularly stand.
• The position requires good close vision and depth perception skills.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and regularly lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds.
