
THIS IS A YEAR ROUND PART-TIME POSITION AND NOT SEASONAL
Schedule: Tuesday/Friday/Saturday
Hours: 12:30PM-8:40PM
Your shift schedule will be between 8 to 12 hours a day and will typically start between 12:30pm – 4:30pm. For example 12:30pm – 8:40pm, 1:30pm – 10:40pm, 4:30pm – 4:40am or some variation in between.

Summary: As a member of the Martin’s family, the Dough Prep Laborer is responsible for creating product with our famous extraordinary quality by carefully setting up, monitoring, and adjusting machines that prepare the dough. Embraces a mindset of thorough planning and continuous improvement by recognizing and adjusting to the fluctuating needs of our customers. Accepts responsibility for moving the company towards being an industry leader in food safety.Pay rate:
· $22.06 hour – Paid Weekly!
· $3.00/ hour shift differential (required to work 4+ consecutive hours between 3pm-7am)
· Weekend Premium pay
· Profit Sharing Bonus

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods of time. Employees uses hands to finger, handle or feel’ reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and smell. Employee is required to walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, crouch and/or crawl. Ability to frequently lift and /or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; hazardous materials; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The temperature in the production area is may be impacted by outside weather conditions.
