Flexible schedule within business hours: Full-time; Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm and Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Earn $60,000/year
Position Details
The Clinical Supervisor provides mental health individual therapy as the primary responsibility of the role, serving primarily adult clients and some children, while meeting established productivity standards. The position also oversees site operations, supervises and supports clinical staff, ensures adherence to organizational policies and procedures, participates in clinical meetings, serves as a liaison when required, and leads staff training and professional development efforts.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a recognized clinical field with a required clinical practicum.
- At least two years of verifiable supervisory experience in a clinical setting required.
- Professional licensure preferred.
