We are seeking an Enterprise Change Lead to help shape how the organization delivers and sustains large‑scale transformation, supporting enterprise priorities by enabling leaders and teams to navigate complexity, build momentum, and deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes.

What's the role?
As an Enterprise Change Lead, you strengthen the organization’s ability to absorb, adapt to, and sustain change by enabling the successful adoption of strategic initiatives through a consistent, enterprise‑level approach to change resilience. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Initiatives & Transformation, you work within the Strategy function, partnering with senior leaders, project teams, and key internal stakeholders to support the people, leadership, and delivery of complex change. The Enterprise Change Lead helps build and apply the organization’s enterprise change approach across priority initiatives, including mergers, digital transformation, operating model evolution, and enterprise system change. In doing so, the role strengthens leadership capability, improves organizational readiness and adoption, and increases the organization’s overall capacity for change to support a coordinated and sustainable approach to transformation.

Career Band Range (Annual Salary) - $72,535.00 to $90,173.00
The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
