• Previous experience with Wireless/ Cell Site installation
• Previous experience leading and managing a crew
• Comfortable working at heights
• Good physical condition
• Willing to work outdoors
• Willing to travel
• Mechanically inclined
• Safety minded
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to interpret engineered drawings
• Knowledge of RF and DC drawings
• Understand and have good troubleshooting skills to locate the transmission faults
• Valid Canadian driver’s license is required
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers and clients
• Must be reliable, trustworthy and have a positive attitude!
