We are looking for an
Onboarding & Support Specialist
who can help new clients successfully set up and start using our platform while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and verify new client accounts, including business details and platform configuration.

Upload and configure fleet data, pricing rules, booking policies, and availability settings.

Enable and verify insurance integrations such as
RentalCover
,
Bonzah
, or other supported providers.

Configure payment gateways, taxes, deposits, and refund workflows to ensure smooth transactions.

Connect and test system integrations including Turo, SMS, email, CRM, and analytics tools.

Conduct onboarding calls and train clients on how to effectively use the platform.

Perform QA checks and run test bookings before the client goes live.

Provide post-launch support during the first
30 days
to ensure smooth activation and retention.

Respond to client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve setup or technical issues.
Requirements

6 Months to 1
year of experience in client onboarding, implementation, customer success, or support roles in a SaaS environment.

Strong understanding of system configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Good communication
skills with the ability to guide and train clients.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with CRM tools or SaaS platforms is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes and client interactions.
