Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, UAM Ops Support!
In this role, you will support access management operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of related tasks. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain secure and efficient processes while contributing to continuous improvement efforts. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to build technical skills through structured training and hands‑on experience with IAM and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
• Execute access management tasks with a high level of accuracy and compliance to established policies.
• Maintain and update records, logs, and documentation to support audits and internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate access requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Excel and other productivity tools.
• Identify process gaps or risks and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
• Support team initiatives, projects, and system enhancements as needed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all access management tasks.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
• Prior experience in operations, support, security administration, or access management roles.
• Familiarity with process documentation or workflow management.
• Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or audit-related activities.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience or foundational knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and tools.
• Familiarity with dashboard or analytics tools such as Power BI.
