• Ensure that all the out going materials shall go out of the hospital with proper gate pass duly signed by authorized personnel.
• Responsible for all incoming & outgoing materials.
• Responsible for all returnable & Non returnable materials. 
• Ensure that all guards deployed in hospital by the concerned agency are trained, Punctual, disciplined and a man of integrity. 
• Ensure that no untoward elements enter the hospitals premises.
• Strictly maintain the visitors timing and ensure there is not more than one attendant is allowed at a time / stay with patients
