Measurabl is a leader in ESG data management solutions for commercial real estate, and they are looking for a Solutions Engineer to drive enterprise revenue growth. This role focuses on collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to translate sustainability challenges into measurable business outcomes through consultative approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives in the US and EMEA on complex enterprise opportunities
- Lead discovery sessions with sustainability, asset management, finance, and IT stakeholders
- Translate global sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosure, local building performance standards) into platform-based solutions
- Deliver tailored, value-oriented product demonstrations
- Build solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
- Lead and contribute to high-quality RFP and security questionnaire responses
- Address data integration, API, and technical architecture questions
- Proactively remove technical objections to accelerate sales cycles
- Quantify operational savings, risk mitigation, and compliance efficiencies
- Support ROI modeling and executive-level business cases
- Articulate how Measurabl improves NOI, reduces OPEX, and strengthens sustainability reporting and capital market positioning
- Assist in expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolios
- Serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering
- Identify recurring integration or workflow friction points
- Support roadmap prioritization with market-backed insight
- Stay current on sustainability regulations and decarbonization trends impacting commercial real estate
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sustainability Consulting, or commercial real estate technology
- Deep familiarity with commercial real estate ownership and asset management workflows
- Strong understanding of sustainability reporting, decarbonization strategy, or building performance regulations across the US and Europe
- Experience supporting or leading complex RFP responses
- Technical fluency with APIs, data integration, technical infrastructure, AI, business intelligence tools, and SaaS platforms
- Ability to speak fluently with sustainability leaders, CFOs, asset managers, and IT stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
